Bone Healthy Recipe Video: Energy Bites
ENERGY BITES RECIPE:
In a large bowl or mixer, combine the following ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
2 TB chia seeds
2 TB coconut flakes
1 cup peanut butter
2 TB honey pinch of nutmeg
1 cup prunes and figs, chopped
1 TB coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Roll into bite sized balls and store in the refrigerator.
